You pretty much have to do this for every wallpaper you download, but hey, you gotta pay a small price for cheating Apple out of its marketing gimmicks! Even better, this way you can download third-party live wallpapers. Sorry for the gigantic reply, but this works. Rename the ones that do have a "(1)” in them to have no "(1)". Now delete the two old files without the "(1)" in them. Tap the Done button on your iDevice and go to your camera roll in iFile. Unfortunately, however, you’re not going to want to use Apple’s sleek new motion backgrounds just yet. Now upload the video and image and refresh every time you upload a file. Rename the video wallpaper to IMG_nnnn.MOV, aka the EXACT same name as the video in the camera roll. The MOV and JPG should have the same name but a different extension. They should be called: IMG_nnnn.JPG and IMG_nnnn.MOV Scroll down to the bottom and you should see two files. Navigate to var/mobile/media/DCIM and click the 100APPLE or similarly named folder. You should have arrived at a list of files and folders. Go to one of the websites on your computer. It'll show a bunch of text then two websites. Go into iFile on your iDevice and tap the globe icon at the bottom to initialise a web server.
